To promote the sport of Track & Field in the New Castle County area through age group development and competition by empowering individuals 18 and under of all backgrounds to excel academically and succeed athletically. Creating an inclusive environment where each member can strive for excellence in a supportive community where young athletes can develop skills, achieve personal goals, and cultivate a passion for fitness, competition, and success.

Through participation and involvement with the Destroyers, lifelong friendships are built among athletes, coaches, and families. Beyond competition, our team focuses on leadership, unity, and community impact through social events, team bonding activities, and community service projects held throughout the season.
